Let us know what you think – I think the message comes across really well and thank you so much – again – to the BBC for helping us to tell our story.

Thought this was great! thanks for sharing. We also have 2 children with ANSD.
So very odd watching our son’s story from “across the pond!” Our son was dx with ANSD at 10 months and implanted 2 weeks before turning 2. He was one that the team of doctors wanted to see if would self-correct. While he didn’t decline further, he didn’t improve either. He’s now 6, bilaterally implanted, and in mainstream Kindergarten. Thank you so much for sharing your family’s story in such a great way!
